My mother's sewer had backed up and we called JG Restoration to handle the cleanup and dispose of items that were not salvageable. They showed up within an hour and began working. Tim was great to work with and very thorough. After the major cleanup was done he came back for 5 more days checking on both odor and dryness. Made sure to spray the cleaner if there was any odor and checked with us to make sure we were no longer smelling any odor. He also made sure the basement was dry before removing the fans. This was definitely not a come-in and clean up one day and out. We were very pleased with not only the service provided by JG Restoration but the compassion by all for their customer.
